In conformitatea cu HG 212/2018 privind gestionarea Echipamentelor Electrice si Electronice (EEE) si deseuri ce rezulta din ele (Regulament DEEE): "p.111. .......... instituțiile publice și private care cumpără, primesc prin donație pentru uz propriu EEE vor solicita producătorilor numărul de înregistrare din Lista producătorilor, constituit potrivit prevederilor pct. 45." Reesind din faptul ca in aceasta Licitatie se solicita oferta pentru echipament (unele loturi), care cade sub incidenta acestui Regulament, rugam sa ne confirmati despre solicitarea obligatorie a unui astfel de certificat pentru potentialii ofertanti. Multumim anticipat.

Bună ziua. În urma analizei clarificărilor adresate în mai multe proceduri se constată aceiași întrebare prin care se încearcă indirect obligarea operatorilor economici de a se înscrie în Lista producătorilor. Astfel, în cazul în care compania Dumneavoastră are un interes direct de a participa la procedura menționată și careva din cerințele indicate în Documentația standard vă limitează sau este în contradicție cu Legea nr. 131/2015 privind achizițiile publice, Vă rugăm să ne comunicați care sunt acestea. Suplimentar vă informăm că rubrica clarificări este preconizată pentru clarificarea neclarităților, deci în cazul în care o cerință anumită nu este indicată reiese că Autoritatea contractantă nu o solicită.
