Substanța activa: aldehida glutarica, sare cuaternara de amoniu – produs concentrat lichid - cu inhibitor de coroziune, alcool.
Sunt solicitate trei substante active incompatibile. Rugam sa revizuiti specificatia.
Probabil aveti nevoie de substanta activa: sare cuaternara de amoniu – produs concentrat lichid - cu inhibitor de coroziune.
CAPCS - nu a recomandat achizitie cu aceasta specificatie.
Answer (19 Jan 2021, 13:27):
În cerința s-a stipulat clar substanța activa. Aceasta este solicitarea instituției medicale.Pentru fiecare lot sa solicitat diferite substanțe active pentru a nu da posibilitatea formării rezistenței agenților patogeni fata de un anumit dezinfectant. Nu va fi corect dacă vom indica în toate loturile una și aceeași substanța activa ca exemplu sarea cuaternara de amoniu <<recomandata de D-ra>>. verificati documentația standard pentru licitațiile CAPCS din 11.12.2019 Nr. 19/00105 lotul 5-6, din 29.09.2018 Nr. 18/04339 lotul 5-6.
