Question:
Bună ziua! Vă rugăm să verificați cuantumul garanției pentru ofertă. În documentația de licitație anexată la procedura dată este indicat cuantumul de 10%, pe cînd Legea Nr. 131 privind achiziţiile publice, art. 68, p. 6 prevede:
Cuantumul garanţiei pentru ofertă nu trebuie să depăşească 2% din valoarea ofertei fără taxa pe valoarea adăugată.
