Buna ziua, cu privire la descărcarea documentului plasat (specificatie tehnica), reprezentanții platformei achizitii ne-au infirmat , ca este problema de browser si deschiderea acestuia se poate efectua cu ajutorul (cick dreapta - selectind - deschideți link- într-o filă nouă). Multumesc
