Скажите, для чего вам банковская гарантия? и какой процент? Ваша сумма закупки не высокая, чтобы требовать банковскую гарантию? на каком основании??

сумма банковской гарантии составляет 1% данное учреждение является бюджетным комиссия приняла решение запросить банковскую гарантию , так как предусмотрено законодательством
