Utilizarea: set de reagenţi pentru determinarea a 1 polimorfism (SNP)
Format de ambalare: substanţa concentrată 40X. Cantitatea: corespunzătoare cel puţin 1500 reacţii in placa de 384 godeuri (în 5 mkl)
Setul conţine reagenţi: 2 primeri nemarcaţi, forward şi revers, 2 sonde - o zonda marcată cu VIC legată cu MGB - pentru detecţia alele 1 (alela normale) şi altă sonda marcată cu FAM legată cu MGB pentru detecţia alelei 2 (alela patologică). Ţinte de identificare: 2 polimorfisme - normala şi patologica (2 alele). Ambalaj: original de la producător. Termenul de valabilitate: cel puţin 9 luni la momentul livrării.
