Documentele de calificare a operatorilor economici: in afara de Formele ofertelor (3.1, 4.1 si 4.2) dumneavoastra mai cereti si: Deviz local (formulare 3,5,7). Pentru ce? Deja legislatia de achizitie nu prevede Ofertele WinSmeta din cauza ca ele majoreaza foarte mult pretul final.
