Termen de livrare diferit
Question:
Buna ziua. Probabil s-a strecurat o mica greseala ce tine de termenul de livrare si anume:
in Anuntul de participare solicitati - 20 zile pentru termenul de livrare, pe cind in Documentatia standard - doar 15 zile. Rugam sa faceti modificarile de rigoare in unul dintre aceste documente astfel incit termenul de livrare solicitat sa fie peste tot unul si acelasi. In situatia actuala participantii ar putea fi dusi in eroare ceea ce ar atrage dupa sine depuneri de contestatii care ar duce la o posibila anulare a procedurii de achizitie.
