Documentatia indicata in anuntul de participare (punctul 8)
Question:
La punctul 8 se indica descrierea criteriilor privind eligibilitatea operatorilor economici care pot determina eliminarea acestora și a criteriilor de selecție, mai jos in tabel la punctele 6 si 7 sunt enumerate 2 certificate ( 6. Certificat Sistemul de Management al Securității Informației ISO/IEC 27001:2013 / 7. Certificat Sistemul de Management al Calității ISO 9001:2015 ). Acestea pot fi obtinute doar prin aplicarea la un organ international de certificare si nu este reglementat de legislatia Republicii Moldova. Din cele stipulate mai sus, solicitam aceste 2 puncte sa fie excluse din caietul de sarcini.

Sunt solicitate conectoare care din punct de vedere tehnic va fi posibil a le utiliza pentru înfăptuirea și punerea în aplicare a sistemului video conform anunțului de participare și caietului de sarcini.

Question:
Punctul 1 ( Recorder de rețea cu 16 canale ) nu este in concordanta cu punctele 2 si 3. "Recorder de rețea cu 16 canale" 3 bucati ar insemna un total de 48 canale, dar suma camerelor care urmeaza a fi conectate la sistem este de 55 bucati. Respectiv solicitam o clarificare in ceea cum urmeaza sa se conecteze 7 camere la sistem.
