Question:
Caietul de sarcini lipseste, graficul de executie f3.3 indicati perioada, formulati un anunt de participare corect daca sunteti expert in achizitii. Formulati o licitatie in baza Legii 131/2015

Bună ziua. Stimate operator economic:
1. În corespundere cu prevederile Legii nr. 131 din 03.07.2015 caietul de sarcini se anexează în documentația standard CAPITOLUL IV. CAIET DE SARCINI. FORMULARUL DE DEVIZ NR.1 – LISTA CU CANTITĂȚILE DE LUCRĂRI.
2. Perioada de execuție este indicată în anunțul de participare, documentația standard, cât și în proiectul contractului, adică până la 31.12.2020. Programul de execuție deja îl stabiliți dvs, îndependență de capacitatea companiei și numărul de muncitori ce urmează să efectueze lucrările, precum și utilajele de care dispuneți pentru implementarea contractului. Ce perioadă mai este nevoie să indic?
3. Anunțul de participare este formulat corect, în baza prevederilor legale în domeniul achizițiilor publice. STUDIAȚI, VĂ ROG ATENT DOCUMENTAȚIA DE ATRIBUIRE!!!!!!
