In punctul 14, ati indicat 1.8% de suplinire a termoizolantului, ce aveti in vedere,termoizolantul este dar nu se ajunge la unele portiuni???

In punctul 14 in resurse este granulit pentru betoane in m3, trebue se schimbam pe strat termoizolant ori asa si lasam?

Merge vorba despre suplinirea stratului cu argilă expandată ( cheramzit). La resurse nu există o aşa poziţie, deaceia s-a folosit cel mai apropiat material.
