Procedura anterioară: https://achizitii.md/ro/public/tender/21025896/lot/11464428/ care a fost anulată avea aceeași sumă estimativă de 315 775,56 lei fTVA. În procedura prezentă au fost majorate volumele de lucrări solicitate, dar suma estimativă a rămas aceeași, cum explicați acest fapt? Caietul de sarcini a trecut expertiza? Au fost aplicate aceste schimbări în documentația de proiect?. Vă mulțumesc.

Buna ziua, dupa procedura https://achizitii.md/ro/public/tender/21025896/lot/11464428/ , a urmat procedura ocds-b3wdp1-MD-1595334898909, care prin urmare a fost anulata În temeiul art. 71 alin 1
Argumentare: _Procedura respective este anulată pe motiv că, la deschiderea ofertelor depuse de către ofertanți, a fost depistat că, în anunțul de participare publicat de către autoritatea contractantă a fost introdus greșit caietul de sarcini, care în concluzie face imposibil evaluarea ofertelor propuse. Dupa care a fost intiata o procedura noua unde a fost incarcat caietul de sarcini corect. Documentele acestui proiect a fost verificate.
