Documentatia de atribuire discriminatorie ce limiteaza concurenta
Question:
Stimata autoritate contractanta. Va rugam mult sa eliminati elementele discriminatorii din documentatia de atribuire, care favorizeaza un singur agent economic de la care ati preluat specificatiile tehnice. In caz contrar vom fi nevoiti sa contestam documentaia de atribuire la ANSC.

In documentația de atribuire nu persista elemente discriminatorii iar la procedura de achiziție publice sunt invitați toți operatorii economici in măsura sa livreze un produs conform specificațiilor tehnice solicitate .
