Question:
Buna ziua! Dvs. solicitati Procesor, min Gen 9, min. i5 doar alte caracteristeci a fost luate de la procesor i3 de exemplu "min 6MB cache". Aducem la cunostinta Dvs. ca "Gen 9" si "i5" este marci registrate de compania Intel si includerea lor in caietul de sarcini contrazice legei Achizitii Publice. Solicitam excluderea sintagmei Gen 9 si i5 din Caietul de sarcini. Multumim anticipant.
