Stimați domni. După analiza caietului de sarcini pentru unele categorii de echipamente este nevoie de remarcat, că spre exemplu, parametrii tehnici sunt facute exclusive pentru Optoma op751rke https://www.optomaeurope.com/product-details/op751rke#specifications , deoarece alte modele – nu au in gama sa toate caracteristicile indicate proprietare apartelor indicate. Rugăm să revizuiți caietul de sarcini ca parametrii solicitați al echipamentelor să corespundă „art. 37 Regulile privind descrierea bunurilor, lucrărilor și serviciilor din Legea 131/2015” și practicii ERASMUS+, care după părerea noastră nu presupune urmarea intereselor unor companii concrete sau producători.

Cu scopul asigurării accesului egal la procedura de achiziție și asigurarea unui grad sporit de concurență, informăm că a fost revizuit caietul de sarcini pentru loturile: LOT 1 Panou interactiv, LOT 2 Tablă interactivă cu proiector, LOT 3 Prezidiu electronic/digital, LOT 4 Tablă interactivă. Documentele cu noi modificări sunt atașate în sistem.
