Perioada clarificarilor nu este perioada indicata in sistemul electronic? 1 iun 2020, 9:00?

În mai multe privințe, sistemul electronic nu a fost creat în concordanță cu Legea 131/15, cu părere de rău. Astfel, reiterăm, conform Articolului 35. ”Clarificări” perioada de solicitare a clarificărilor a expirat. Sperăm că plasarea întrebării în ultimile minute din perioada de actualizări nu au fost făcută intenționat, ca să fie suspendată procedura de achiziție.
