Buna ziua. Analizant caietul de sarcini venim cu propunerea ca AC sa revizuiasca loturile comasandu-le. Este, din punctul nostru de vedere inoportun a indica lot o pozitie estimata la 45 MDL. Imaginati-va ca pentru fiecare lor am plati 50 lei pentru propunerea acestuia, ceea ce urma sa fie deja implementat. Sau alt argument, OE castiga doar o pozitie in valoare de 45 MDL. Optimizati, va rugam.
