Vă rugăm să anexați formularele 3.6, 3.8 și 3.9, să fie clar ce informații anume solicitați întru evitarea descalificării din motiv că nu am prezentat documente care trebuie sau completarea necorespunzătoare. Am accesat linkul propus anterior, dar nu am găsit acolo aceste formulare
