Поставка товара осуществляется по мере обращения Примэрии. В случае не поставки товара или просрочки поставки товара, либо поставки некачественного товара начисляется пеня 0,5% от стоимости не поставленного товара или поставленного несвоевременно или некачественного товара. Оплата производится за поставку товара при предоставлении накладных.
В случае понижения цен на ГСМ по всей Республике Молдова, поставщик обязан снизить цену на ГСМ. В целях экономической выгоды для закупающего органа обязательным условием является, чтобы заправочная станция находилась в дальности максимум 10 км от с. Копчак р-н Чадыр-Лунга.
