Urmare examinării și evaluării ofertelor prezentate, s-au constatat următoarele: 1. Ofertantul ”Casa de Comerț Vita” SRL nu îndeplinește cerințele de calificare și selecție, din motiv că nu au fost prezentate toate documentele de calificare prevăzute în anunțul de participare la concurs și anume: ”Aviz/Certificat sanitar/igienic pentru capac - Copie, eliberată de autoritatea competentă, confirmată prin semnătura/ştampila participantului”, astfel acesta a fost respins. 2. Ofertantul ”MEDIASUCCES” SRL a întrunit cerințele de calificare și oferta propusă corespunde cerințelor tehnice solicitate. Astfel, Grupul de lucru pentru achiziții a decis atribuirea contractului de valoare mică privind achiziționarea Apei potabile în butelii operatorului economic ”MEDIASUCCES” SRL cu preţul ofertei 51 293,33 MDL fără TVA.
