Lotul cu produse de PANIFICAȚIE nu este consolidat corect. Pâinea nu are nimic comun cu pastele, făină de porumb, biscuiți e.t.c. Formați vă rog lonurile conform cerințelor Legii despre achiziții (alin.2, art. 39). In caz contrar e temei de contestare și anularea procedurei(precedente deja sunt).
