Întrebarea termenul de livrare ianuarie-iunie 2020? sau februarie -iunie 2020?

În anunți de participare termenul de livrare este de la 27.01.2020-01.07.2020, în documentația de standart termenul de livrare de 01.02.2020-30.06.2020. Diferența 5 zile. Aceste 5 zile - rezerv pentru aprobarea contractelor la Trezoreria.
