Viteza de acces la resursele Internet 5000/5000 Mbps (down/up) traffic nelimitat într-un singur punct c. Viteza de acces la resursele MD-IX 10 Gbit (down-up) Mbps trafic nelimitat d. Oferire a trei conexiuni fizice: prima pentru BGP Internet, a doua pentru BGP MD-IX, a treia pentru transportul de date între locațiile din Anexa nr. 1 e.
