In anuntul de participare in cerinte este indicat formular informativ despre ofertant. In documentatia standart de tip nou formular F3.3 este garantie de buna executie. Solicitam sa excludeti cerinta aceasta ori sa explicati cum trebuie sa fie prezentat acest formular informativ.

În anunțul de participare nu este indicat F3.3. Formularul informativ se cere pentru pentru comoditate la încheierea contractului. Deci, scrieți informația care va fi inclusă în contract. Mulțumim mult pentru întrebare.
