Rog frumos, în temeiul al.2 art. 39 al Legii despre Achiziții să devizați carnea de pasăre cu cea de vită, de oarece aceste produse nu sunt similare (tehnologiile de producere sunt total diferite) și producătorul direct nu are posibilitatea de a prezenta oferta.
