Întrebarea privind la specificațiile tehnice ce ține de dimensiunea ambalajului
Question:
Prezentarea în flacon de 300g nu este un factor de decizie în alegerea unui praf pentru air flow. Aceasta nu influențează la calitatea sau la procesul de curățarea a dinților.
Adevăratele proprietăți sunt substanța de bază din care constă praful, dimensiunea particulelor etc
Vă rugăm să schimbați specificațiile tehnice ce ține de dimensiunea ambalajului. Sunt mult alternative la praful Air Flow, care vin în cantități mai mari sau mai mici de 300g și pot prezenta o ofertă interesantă. Astfel veți putea asigura un tender transparent, să participe mai mulți agenți economici la licitație, iar în final Policlinica Municipală va avea de câștigat.

Stimate OE! La bunul respectiv factorul important prezintă ambalajul, din motivele: modalitatea de repartizare per medic conform vizitelor etc; imposibilitatea divizării unei cantități mai mari decăt cea solicitată precum si a cantitaților mici; etc... Sumplimentar, Vă informăm ca la stabilirea specificatiilor tehnice a bunurilor, AC a aplicat Articolul 37. al LEGII Nr. 131 din 03-07-2015 privind achiziţiile publice.
Totodată, Dvs depuneti oferta iar grupul de lucru va evalua si compara ofertele propuse. Indiferent de prețul propus grupul de lucru va solicita mostre pentru bunurile propuse de toti ofertanții participanți la procedura.
