Conform carei legi este aprobat punctul 13 din FDA capitolul 3 ? Cine acum elibereaza Licenta de activitate? Deoarece din noiembrie 2017 Licentiile in constructie sunt anulate si nu se mai elibereaza de catre Camera de Licentiere.(vezi Legea nr. 160 anexa nr.1, Legea nr. 185 din 27.10.2017)
