Buna ziua,
Dvs cereti teava PP-R de la producatorul WAVIN. Acest fapt se interzice de lege. Legea nr. 131 din 03.07.2015, Art.37, p.6.

Va rugam sa concretizați de ce fel de teava PP-R aveti nevoie, pentru apa calda armata, sau simpla pentru apa rece? Si următoarea întrebare referitoare la producătorul țevii, dacă alți operatori economici vor propune țeava de la alți producători si nu de la WAVIN, ofertele vor fi respinse, sau nu?
