Buna ziua!
Rugam respectuos sa ne lamuriti de ce se cere asa specifica cerinta la compozitia plapumei?
Plapumele din semilina pentru asa organizatie ca a D-stra trebuie sa contina minimum 70% lina, dar restul 30% poate fi diferit si aceasta nu influenteaza la sarcina de rupere, rezistenta si durabilitatea folosirii a plapumii dupa GOST 9382-78. Asa cerinta 17% bumbac si 13% PE discrimineaza dreptul la participare la aceata licitatie la mai multi operatori economici.
