Este obligatoriu sa fie depus Formularul F.3.1 sau se accepta si transfer in valoare de 1% din suma ofertei fara TVA? Daca se accepta si transfer va rog sa indicati rechizitele bancare unde poate fi facut transferul.

Probabil vă referiți la formularul F.3.2, se accepta și transfer adică ordin de plată. Rechizitele le găsiți în documentația standard la pagina 17.
