Solicitati mapa cu coperta acoperita exterior cu PP, iar la interior este acoperita cu hârtie albă. Intrebarea: Este obligatoriu mapa interior cu hartie alba? Astfel de mape nu sunt practice, iar hartia cu timpul isi pierde din estetic.

Este obligatori, pentru că este cerința autorității contractante. Este indicat în Specificarea tehnică deplină solicitată din Anunțul de participare.
