Prin prezenta, Vă informăm că, în conformitate cu Legea nr. 131 din 03 iulie 2015 privind achizițiile publice, precum și a Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 667 din 27 mai 2016 pentru aprobarea Regulamentului cu privire la activitatea grupului de lucru pentru achiziții, au fost examinate și evaluate ofertele prezentate în urma desfășurării licitației publice din 03.09.2018.
În rezultatul examinării s-a ținut cont de criteriul de evaluare cel mai mic preț și corespunderea solicitărilor de către CNPF.
Astfel, s-a constatat că „Retele Terestre” SRL, a prezentat cel mai mic preț pentru serviciu solicitat de către autoritatea contractantă.
Subsecvent atragem atenția asupra faptului că operatorii economici: „Soft Tehnica” SRL, „Adonius Lux” SRL, „Daac Software Systems” SRL, „ICS Realiable Solutions Distributor” SRL, „SRL _(sales@ebs-integrator.com)” au fost respinse dat fiind faptul că a prezentat prețul mai mare.
Urmare a examinării ofertelor, grupul de lucru pentru achiziții, în baza deciziei de atribuire nr.17-A, a decis de a încheia contractul de achiziții publice cu operatorii economici „Retele Terestre” SRL.
