В спецификации оборудования указаны конкретные модели, что протворечит законодательству РМ и ставит в более выгодное положение компанию, которая является представителем этого брэнда. Также, указание конкретных брэндов несовместимо с принципом свободной конкуренции и создается впечатление, что техническое задание написано по конкретного участника тендера.
