Pentru prestarea serviciul de mentenanta nu este nevoie de licenta, ce gen de licenta se asteapta de la operatorul economic ?

Cu referire la punctul 6 din Anunțul de participare la procedura de achiziție, prezentarea copiei licenței/certificatului este obligatorie doar dacă genul de activitate este licențiat sau se certifică conform prevederilor legale, dacă nu cerința este facultativă.
