În documentul ”Anunț de participare” p.15 ”Scurta descriere a criteriilor privind eligibilitatea operatorilor economici” (tabela) subpunctul 1 ”Garanția pentru oferta” este indicat cuantumul de 1 % din suma oferită de operator economic fără TVA. Doar în ”DOCUMENTAŢIA STANDARD pentru realizarea achiziţiilor publice de lucrări” CAPITOLUL II. ”FIȘA DE DATE A ACHIZIȚIEI (FDA)”, punctul 4 ”Pregătirea ofertelor” (tabela) subpunctul 4.3 ”Valoarea garanției pentru oferta” este indicat cuantumul de 2 % din suma oferită de operator economic fără TVA. Vă rugăm să clarificați cuantumul ”Garanției pentru oferta”
