Licenta deja nu mai este obligatorie, se va socoti motiv de descalificare dacă ea nu a fost prezentată sau dacă este deja cu termen expirat?
Answer (12 Jun 2019, 11:30):
Corect, prin Legea 185 din 21.09.2017 Licența nu mai este obligatorie dar unii operatori se mai folosesc pîn la data expirării. Noi am solicitat-o pentru a vedea domeniul de activitate dacă nu se prezintă ne vom conduce de Avizul Inspecției de Stat în Construcții. Nu este motiv de descalificare neprezentarea documentului dat.
