Question:

Bună ziua. Solicităm respectuos excluderea cerinței ca analizatorul să fie de tip închis. Din motive că limitează participarea la licitație a mai multor operatori economici, deci nu veți obține o concurență bună care v-ar putea oferi o varietate mai largă de modele a analizatoarelor. Totodată achiziționarea unui analizator cu sistem de reagenți de tip închis vă va impune o dependență de a procura reactivi doar de la un singur furnizor, care va dicta prețuri cu mult mai mari decât cele de pe piață.

Inainte de a atasa ofertele ,ne-am consultat cu specialisti din institutii medicale ,care lucreaza cu asa analizatoare.Ne satisfac la moment parametrii specificatiei.
