Buna ziua.
Va atentionam ca legislatia in vigoare nu permite includerea in caietul de sarcini denumirea marcilor comerciale precum: GP-40,TGD-01 PRA Rezani, Kawe, GP-80, MAC 600, PhysioGo 100, Ultradar, ETIUS LM, Road Run-i, UVC 60, Recumbent RB4j, UVC 60, PhysioGo 300, URYXXON, Stat-fax 3300, EVA 200,cod 1800, Emerald CELL-DYN, XSZ-PW207.
Mai mult ca atit, nici specificatiile tehnice solicitate nu trebuie sa faca referinta la aceste marci comerciale.
De asemenea se vede cu ochiul liber ca pentru a exclude o posibila favorizare a unui operator economic este necesara si o divizare pe loturi (fiecare dispozitiv un lot aparte), caci in loturile prezente sunt elencate dispozitive cu functionalitati diverse.
