Cerinte fata de prezentarea documentelor de oferta

Question:

In conformitate cu prevederile legii Nr. 91 din 29.05.2014 cu privire la semnătura electronică şi documentul electronic, art. 5 alin (2), Semnătura electronică avansată calificată are aceeaşi valoare juridică ca şi semnătura olografă. Astfel, va rugam sa modificati cerintele fata de documentele solicitate pentru demonstrarea criteriilor de selectie in Anuntul de participare, ca fiind acceptabile si semnate electronic.
