Conform modelului stabilit în DPRM nr.580-V din 06.10.2010. Cravata este constituită din piesa de bază, nod şi bentiţă. Piesa de bază are forma unui trapez alungit şi se finalizează în unghi ascuţit. Nodul este permanent, de formă triunghiulară. Bentiţa este formată din două jumătăţi de formă dreptunghiulară. Lungimea cravatei trebuie să fie de 55 cm şi să fie confecţionată cu aţă din nuanţa ţesăturii. Ofertanţii pentru prezenta poziţie vor prezenta mostrele în decurs de 3 zile de la termenul limită de deschidere a ofertelor.

La poziția ”Cravată din ţesătură combinată de culoare neagră” cele mai mici prețuri (prețuri echivalente) au fost propuse de operatorii economici SRL „Powers Embroidery” și SRL „Valmatex-Company”. În urma examinării mostrelor prezentate de către operatorii economici menționați, s-a constatat că mostra prezentată de către operatorul economic SRL „Valmatex-Company” nu corespunde specficațiilor tehnice solicitate de către autoritatea contractantă și anume: lungimea cravatei este de 52 cm, deși conform FDA s-a solicitat de 55 cm. Se propune de a respinge oferta operatorului economic SRL „Valmatex-Company” pentru poziția ”Cravată din ţesătură combinată de culoare neagră” și achiziționarea acesteia de la operatorul economic SRL „Powers Embroidery”.
