Question's name:
Pretul Estimativ Eronat
Question:
Conform caietului de sarcini pentru aceasta lucrare sunt necesare 1500m3 de piatra sparta de calcar echivalentul la 1750 t de piatra. Pretul unei tone livrate la obiect este de aproximativ 150-160 lei fara TVA.
Astfel in baza unui calcul simplu reiesa ca doar piatra livrata ar costa peste 260000 lei fara TVA, asta fara manopera, fara utilaje, si fara cheltuieli de regie. Cuma a fost determinat pretul estimativ?
De ce nu este semnat caietul de sarcini de devizier autorizat?

Lucrări similare s-au efectuat în anul 2018 şi tot cu aşa caiet de sarcini şi cu aşa preţ.
