Question's name:
Pretul Estimativ Eronat
Question:
Pretul estimativ de 250 lei/t fara TVA este ireal de mic. Distanta de transport este de 160-180 km ceia ce inseamna 170 lei si pretul materilalului este de 130-140 lei. Asta insemnind ca valoarea estimativa ar trebui sa fie aproximativ 300 lei/t. Va rog sa revizuiti acest aspect.
Answer (18 Feb 2019, 09:16):
Pretul estimativ este reflectat conform pretului de piata inclusiv cheltuielile de transport.
In urma analizei mai minutioase putem confirma ca pretul de piata nu depaseste 30% din valoarea estimata a achizitiei, calculata conform legii nr. 131 din 03.07.2015.
Reiesind din cele expuse rugam sa generati adaosul comercial pe care il aplicati.
