Palaria este confectionată din fetru de culoare negră.
Ea este costituită din disc, calotă și bordură modelata pe calopod. Dupa modelare se obține - disc de formă ovală, calotă dreaptă cu aceiaș lațime pe tot perimetru, bordura pe partea frontală perpendiculară calotei, partea spate- paralelă calotei.
La baza bordurii, pe tot perimetru este fixat bieu de culoare roșie, cu lațimea 1cm. Pe centru calotei, pe partea frontala, se fixează cocarda din metal. Marginea bordurii este bordisita cu bieu.
Terminația pe verso se prelucrează cu bieu de lațimea trei centimetri
Cocarda este aplicată de furnizor.
Modelul este aprobat de DTC.
