Техническое задание 100% отражает конкретное устройство производителя Optoma (https://www.optoma.co.uk/projectorproduct/w319usti).
Любое иное устройство подобного типа будет не соответствовать ТЗ, что противоречит основам конкуренции. Помимо этого, детально прописываются
технические параметры (типа точного значения диапазона проекционного расстояния), которые незначительно отличаются у различных производителей,
являются чисто конструктивными параметрами и никак не влияют функциональное предназначение оборудования.
Учитывая вышесказанное, просим внести изменения ТЗ для обеспечения равноценных условий для различных производителей без принципиальных различий от изначально прописанного вами проектора.
