In punctul 8 al caietului de sarcini este mentionat k-23 ,ce se subintelege ?Ca coeficientul 23 la materiale ,mehanizme si salariul???
2.In punctul 25 CE30A coeficientul pentru lemn este 0 ,si se calculeaza dupa proiect!Ce norma trebuie de introdus???
