Preturi prea mici!
Question:
Analizând cantitățile solicitate și valorile estimate, am constatat că acestea nu sunt relevante (adică nu corespund prețurilor de cumpărare, fiind anormal de mici), la următoarele poziții Brânza de 9% 0,5 gr în pelicula și Unt 72,5% 0,2 gr. Vă rugăm să măriți prețul de cumpărare la aceste 2 poziții, ținând cont de faptul ca prețurile la lactate s-au mărit în ultimele 2 luni pe piață. Legea achizițiilor publice vă permite să analizați piața, să discutați cu agenți economici pentru estimarea corectă a valorii produselor.

La determinarea valorii estimative a contractului de achiziții publice Autoritatea contractantă a ținut cont de prevederile art. 3 al Legii nr. 131 din 03.07.2015 privind achizițiile publice și ține să menționeze că nu modifică nici un preț estimativ calculat.
