Agenţia Servicii Publice vă informează despre rezultatele evaluării ofertelor depuse în cadrul licitației deschise din 06.12.2018 privind achiziționarea instrumentelor de geologie şi de geofizică (acumulatoare pentru aparatajul GNSS).
Potrivit art. 71 alin. (1) lit. d) liniuţa trei al Legii nr. 131 din 03.07.2015 s-a decis anularea procedurii de atribuire a contractului de achiziţii publice, deoarece operatorul economic SRL ”Vesta” a depus oferta pentru un singur lot, iar evaluarea a fost stabilită pe lista întreagă (două loturi).
