În urma examinării ofertei prouse de SC MUSIC PROD SRL s-a constatat că aparatajul propus spre vânzare nu corespunde cerinţelor stabilite în caietul de sarcini, şi anume: puterea sunetului este de două ori mai mică de cât cea solicitată; lipseşte LCD display, conexiune ULTRANET şi USB, programare digitală a sunetului.
