Incalcati flagrant Legea nr 131 privind achizitiile publice, indicind branduri si producatori si specificatii tehnice ale anumitor modele. Prin aceasta se favorizeaza anumite companii/producatori si se blocheaza dreptul de a participa in licitatie pentru celelalte.
Answer (25 Apr 2019, 10:59):
Achizitiile de valoare mica nu sunt reglementate de Legea 131/2015 (vezi art.2), acestea fiind reglementate de HG 665/2016. Prin urmare, pretentiile Dvs. privind incalcarea Legii cu privire la achizitii sunt neintemeiate.
