Costul serviciilor

Question:

Daca valoarea estimata a serviciilor este mai putin de 10000 MDL de ce aplicati pentru achiziitii publice? Serviciile, costurile carora nu depasesc 10000 MDL pot fi oferite in baza facturii fiscale fara contractare.

Answer (15 Mar 2019, 08:31):

Multumim. Cunoastem foarte bine Legea achizitiilor publice. Daca am aplicat la aceasta procedura, inseamna ca exista motive. Nimeni nu ne interzice sa publicam procedurile de achizitie.
